Hyperlink question

I received a Word document which has some hyperlinks in them. The font
size of the complete document is the same. But when I replace a
hyperlink with a different one, its font size shrinks. What is causing
the font size to change? Is there a way to keep the font size of a link
constant (in this case, the same as the rest of the document). Thanks.

Running Win98 and Word2K.
