I would like to use FrontPage 2000's "Hyperlink Rollover Effects" so that
when -- but not before -- I put my cursor over hyperlinked text, the text
becomes underlined.
I can see that what I want to do is a standard feature -- the first feature,
in fact -- on the Hyperlink Rollover Effects dialog box.
BUT, when I hyperlink a page to text, that hyperlinked text automatically
becomes underlined, even before I place my cursor over the text.
I can't see how to turn the underlining "off" so that it will come "on" only
when I place my cursor over the text. (I've tried highlighting the
underlined text, and then clicking the Underline button, but nothing happens
when I do that.)
The other Hyperlink Rollover Effects all work fine. I imagine the Underline
function does too. I just can't see it, because the text becomes underlined
as soon as I hyperlink from it.
What am I doing wrong?
