Hyperlink Target Frame

I am trying to set up my word Documents so that clicking on any hyperlink
will make the hyperlink destination appear in a frame to the right of the
document.

Is there a way to do any of the following

a) On opening the document, if the right hand frame does not exist, create
it and give it a name

b) On clicking on the hyperlink, open up the right hand frame if it doesn't
exist.

c) Protecting the document so that the user cannot delete the right hande
frame
