Hyperlink text in Text box to normal text or bookmark (word 2002)

Refer to the topic, it doesn't go to the bookmark. It goes to the top of
document. Text box to text box works fine. Normal text to normal is also
fine, but text box to normal text doesn't work! Any solution? Thanks

Insert > Reference > Cross-Reference, select "Heading" for "Reference
type", set "Insert Reference to" to "Heading text", make sure "Insert
as hyperlink" is checked, select the desired heading, and then click
Insert.

Thanks for help but it's not working. It always goes to the top of document.
I think it's a bug for word 2002

I don't understand in what way converting a text box into a frame
affects the placement of other text boxes? What happens when you try
it?

When I select a text box and choose to convert to frame, word ask me that if
I convert this drawing object, some of drawing object's formatting may be
lost. If I click OK, some text boxes and shapes will be mix together and
attach to the frame like magnets. I don't whether it's a bug of word 2002 or
I did it wrongly.

The problem doesn't occur in Word 2000, which I'm currently using.
