Hyperlink that links to a specific page in another Visio file

How do I make a hyperlink that links to a specific page in another Visio file?

And if possible, will it also work when saved as webpage?

My currently Visio version is: Visio Professional 2002 SR-1 (10.0.2705)
But if it works in later versions I would consider upgradering.
