Hyperlink to a jpeg file

I have a database where each record contains a hyperlink
field pointing to a jpeg (picture) in a seperate folder.
Previously, when I clicked on the hyperlink the picture
would display in Picture and Fax Viewer. I recently
replaced my hard drive and reloaded Windows XP and
programs, but now the picture always displays in Internet
Explorer. How can I delfault or force this link to use
Picture and Fax Viewer (which is already set as the
default file type for jpeg's in my folder options).
