Hyperlink to a specific place in another document

Is there a way to create a hyperlink from one word document to a specific
place/page in another word document? I'm trying to create a main TOC in a
separate document, since I'm working with multiple other documents, and am
looking for a way to link it back to specific pages in the other documents. I
was going to take the RD field approach to making the TOC, but have run into
problems since it can't be hyperlinked.
