Hyperlink to an Outlook Contacts record?

Is it possible to place a hyperlink in an Access table that will open
an individual's record in Outlook's Contact's folder?

If not, can anyone suggest a reliable way of utilizing Outlook contact
data in an Access database? I tried linking to the Contacts table,
but since it doesn't have a key field it's not particularly useful.
