Hyperlink to one site fails

If I create a hyperlink to www.zillow.com in MSWord 2004 for Mac (version 11.5.3) it goes to <http://www.zillow.com/static/pages/BrowserMacIENotSupported.html>, which says, "Internet Explorer for Macintosh is not supported" and recommends that I use Firefox. My default browser is set to Safari, and when I plug "www.zillow.com" directly into my Safari browser it works properly. Safari version 3.2.1. Mac OS X version10.5.6.
I have Firefox and if I set Firefox as my default browser, the same thing happens, complete with the Firefox recommendation. Other links work properly, so it must be something the Zillow site is doing.

Yes, it is something they're doing: their browser detection code is a little
too tight.

Word 2004 uses parts of Mac IE 5 to render web pages, so it sends an App
Version of "MSIE" and 5 and Mac.

Word 2008 obviously lies more effectively about what it is, because the site
will open from there.

Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do about it: Word 2004 does not
provide a way to set its browser version string to tell a different lie
about what it is...

Sorry!
