Hyperlink to previous page

Is it possible to create a hyperlink to the previously viewed page?

This would be useful in the context where...
I create a hyperlink on page 2 paragraph 5 that takes me to page 7.
I want to then click on a hyperlink to take me back to page 2 paragraph
5 (or where I was originally directed from).

Do you mean a permanent trail of where you navigated to? Meaning that in
the year 2700 you will be able to trace accurately the exact path of pages
that you travelled in 2009? I don't think you can do that without manually
creating and pasting the links to the previous page.

Or at any point in time, go to the previously navigated page? That can be
done without hyperlinks. On the Standard Toolbar, there are the Back and
Forward buttons, which are similar to those found in Internet Explorer and
function the same way. The keyboard shortcuts work the same way (Alt-left
and Alt-right).

Thanks very much. It was a silly question but I did not notice the small
buttons in the corner.

You can click "Back" to go to the previously viewed page. That works
whether you used a hyperlink to get there or not.
