Hyperlink to Submit Form in Word

Hi - I am creating a form in Word and want the filled out file to be
sent via email once completed. I can do this in PDF (using 'Submit a
Form') but can't figure it out for Word.

Does anyone know a way to have a hyperlink or macro that would submit
a Word form via email.
