Hyperlink to the notepad (textfile)

Hi:
In a shape, the hyperlink was created and the cursor was moved into the
shape, then the "hyperlink" icon was appeared. However, my problem is some PC
did execute the link, for example to open notepad to display the text file,
but some PC, did not execute the link program. Link to other visio page were
fine, but not other link!.

Is service package installation problem or not?
