Hyperlink Visio shape to specific location in Word doc

I am creating Visio process flow docs and inserting into Word, then PDFing
the documents. I want the link in the process flow (inserted in the word
doc), to link to a specific location (bookmark) within the same document once
the document is PDF'd... I can't seem to make this work, is it beyond the
combination I am looking for?
