Hyperlink Warning In Access 2003

I have a photo database where one field is a link to the actual HD photo file
location.

I've recently migrated this database from Access 97 to Access 2003.

Now everytime I attempt to link to a photo I get a warning message
"Hyperlinks can be harmful, etc. Do you want to continue"?

I suspect there is a way to disable this warning but I have not been able to
as yet.

Setting the Macro security to minimum doesn't seem to affect this particular
warning.

Haris. I appreciate the response. I've read those questions but they all
seem to pertain to opening a database file. I think I understand that part
of it.

In my case I have a field in a database file which simply links to a photo
stored on a hard drive.

Access 97 simply linked to the photo file and it was then displayed in
whatever application was associated with the photo extension (jpg/bmp/etc.)

Now suddenly with Access 2003 I get this nuisance message reminding me that
hyperlinks can be dangerous. I can't get rid of it and, as near as I can
tell, the sandbox mode has no effect here.

Maybe I need to make the hard drive a "trusted source". I'm looking into
that now.

It appears that, in the interest of security, MS has added a message (OK)
but not provided the capability to not repeat that message, which is a common
approach

I give up. Back to Access 97 for me. It's amazing to me how MS can improve
things while going backward.

I'll try to implement it tomorrow when I'm a little more alert. I'll let
