hyperlink warning in beta2

A link to a local file like:
file:///C:\Documents%20and%20Settings\Owner\My%20Documents\math\science\Astronomy\Line%20of%20apsides.mht
still draws a warning screen. It is less obnoxious than the old screen, no
loud beep or red text. Still when I have inserted a link to my own local
files it's irritating to get warned about security. Is there anyway to turn
off the warning?
