Hyperlink won't return to original slide

Hello,
I am using Power Point 2003 and have hyperlinks to a web page thatbrings up
pdf's. This is working fine except that when I click the back button to
return to the presentation, Power Point goes back to the first slide of the
presentation and not the slide where the hyperlink is. I would like it to
return to the slide with the hyperlink but have not been able to figure it
out. Thanks for your help.

Hello Austin,

Thanks for your reply. I don't see how to link to a specific slide number.
Would this be in the Edit function?

Hello Steve,

I am viewing the PPT through a browser (Internet Explorer) as part of a
Learning Management System (LMS).

Hello Austin

Thanks for your reply. I have put an action button on my slide which does
return me to the original slide. I am, however, presenting the document to
several hundred learners through a Learning Management System that uses
Internet Explorer to view the presentation. My fault for not including that
info in my original post. But thanks for the action button advice. It will
come in handy for future projects.

Hello Steve,

Thanks for your reply. I don't think the LMS does anything with the PPT but
I am not sure. I have e-mailed the vendor to see. I know we have used other
PPT's in the system without incident. This is the first one with hyperlinks
though. I viewed the web site you provided but have not goten through all
that information yet. When I hear from the vendor I will post again.
