I have come to accept to some degree the snails pace at which outlook 2007
runs. I hope there is a work around my hyperlink concern.
I almost always create hyperlinks in an email to online pages. No problem
copy the address, highlight the text in your email that you want the
hyperlink to be associated with, create hyperlink and the window pops up that
allows you to put in the web address.
Problem is .. the window that opens that allows you to put in the web
address defaults to the Documents folder and the program sits there indexing
everything in the my documents folder before I can place the web address in
the "link to" space at the bottom of the window. This is making me crazy! I
just want to put in the web address. Is there a way for this dialog box to
open without it first going through all of the documents folder first? This
is a crazy time eater. There must be a short cut and I dont know it. Thank
you for any help
