Hyperlink

I would be gratful if someone could explain how to
hypertlink a URL to a selected word in Outlook 2000.

In Outlook express all I do is select a word and hit
hyperlink then enter URL!

Type the word, select it, then go to Insert > Hyperlink... add the URL and
you're done...
