Hyperlink

When I creat a hyperlink and send it, the person who
receives my e-mail does not see the link in blue this
turns out as a path that is not a hyperlink at all. Is
there a way to turn hyperlinks on in Outlook.

I was just wondering if you send the send the hyperlink with
http://
before the address

cnn.com doesn't work
http://cnn.com does

just a thought.
