Hyperlink

Hi
I am trying to make link in my access table to outlook messages saved on my
folder. But unfortunately those message names contain character # so massages
don’t open when I try to open it from hyperlink. I have dozen of this
messages which come from my employer. So I can’t change its name it will take
great time. Anyone have an idea solve situation here
