Hyperlinked Web pages and Drawing Centring

I have created an Org chart for a large multi-national company, and after
much trepidation decided to publish it on the company Intranet. I have
compiled the whole of the company but am finding that when i click on one of
the 'hyperlinked leadership team' i am being taken to some bizarre place on
their 'department page' not to the top as you would have expected. I guess
that it is just some small tweaking that i need to do but i have been
trawling web-sites and 'options' in visio for hours.. anybody have any
suggestions as to how to get the hyperlink to jump to the centre of the page

Are you using SaveAsWeb or vieing with the VIsio Viewer?

I don't have my Visio 2002 PC available today - I am at TechEd Europe - I'll
check next week, if no one else can help?

PS One undocumented feature is that you can make the hyperlink open a new IE
window, rather than using the same one, if you edit the shapesheet hyperlink
row to NewWindow =TRUE ...
