Hyperlinking docs in Web Access

Is one able to hyperlink one document to another in Project Server. I'm
thinking a Word document to another Word document, and the like.

Say I want to link project B to project A. The issue I am finding is that
the bookmark of poroject B does not show up when I attempt to "Link to
Existing file".
