Hyperlinking to a Form PLZ HELP

Is it possible to hyperlink (either from a button on a
website or a program that allows for hyperlinking) to a
specific form, table, etc within a database file? I only
know how to hyperlink to the actual database file itself.
I need a button to be hyperlinked in order to open the
database and go to a certain record. pleeease someone help
me!!!
