Hyperlinking within a document stored on Livelink

Hi,

I'm putting a Visio 2007 diagram on Livelink, but the hyperlinks no longer
work - they still reference the original on my local drive. Is there any
method of editing or oherwise that will enable the links to work once it is
placed on line.
