Hyperlinks and Mail-merge

Hi

I am using Word XP and Office XP to send an letter via
email using mail-merge. The letter includes a hyperlink.
However when I send the email the hyperlink gets lost. My
Office settings are to send email in HTML.

I really need the hyperlink to show. Can anyone help
please.
