Hyperlinks and text in the same column

For simplicity, let's assume I have a table called "Music Artists" consisting
of 3 columns: ID, Name, NameAndLink. If the user only enters the name of the
artist, it will be stored in "Name" field, if artist's official web site
passed in then "NameAndLink" field is used instead. I don't know how to view
this table as one column in report in a way that hyperlinks stay hyperlinks
(blue underlined) and text is just simple text.
