Hyperlinks are Gone

Whether I'm trying to insert a link in MS Word or MS Outlook I would start by
being at the web site then "Inset" Hyperlink, menu appears, then select
"Existing File or Web Page" then "Browsed Pages".
Alway before the hyperlink was shown, but not now.
Why?
