i want to make my hyperlinks all into webpages, is that possible? if so how?
can i edit them? and is there dynamic updating for custom charts?

Not quite sure what you mean.
Do you mean that you want to link to webpages? If so then yes:
menu Insert -> Hyperlink
and put the full address http://www.example.com/ into the address box.

What do you mean by dynamic updating?
What do you mean by custom charts?
