hyperlink's coordinates don't match location of shapes

I have an org chart in vision 2000, I inserted hyperlinks on several boxes and linked them to a page in the same file. When files are saved as HTML and viewed in the browser, the hyperlinks appear at the wrong part of the documents (boxes are layed out side by side. the link for the rightmost boxes appear on the left and the links for the left boxes appear to the left of those boxes.) What am I doing wrong?

Unfortunately, Visio 2000 had many issues with hyperlinks showing up in the
wrong locations. If the drawing is fairly small, it worked ok, but it did
not scale well for medium to large drawings.
