Hyperlinks do not change color

T

Tuck

I am working on my first FP web, using FP2002. I have
looked high and low to find out why hyperlinks on my web
pages do not change colors once a visitor has clicked on
them. The one thing I have noticed is that when i write
something in the Screen Tip box of the Edit Hyperlink
window, that hyperlink changes color when you click on it
at my website. The URL for my site is
www.tuckpartners.com. I just assigned new DNS servers to
that domain name yesterday. It will take a few days for
the domain to propagate the Net. So, you may not be able
to view the site.

Any advice will be tremendously appreciated. This web is
for an international economics and finance class i am
teaching that begins next Tuesday. I am asking for
help! Thanks in advance.

The links at the top of the page change.
If you're talking about the links on the
left that are links to bookmarks, it's because
you have specified a font color for each link
individually.

In FP selected the links on the left side of the home
page, then went to format|font|color|automatic. This
changed the links to the standard blue in FP. On the
Internet, these links are now the same color as the links
at the top of the page and when you put your curser over
one, it changes to red, again just like those at the top
of the page. I cannot get these links to appear as blue
on the web and change colors went they have been clicked
to visit another page. Any suggestions? Thanks, Tuck

If you set the link color to automatic, then the browser's defaults are
used.

Blue = Link
Purple = Visited
Red = Active
