Hyperlinks do not work as expected

Hi,

after adding a hyperlink to a shape that hyperlink does not behave as
expected regarding the following two aspects with visio2007:

1) Relative hyperlinks do not work at all:

The drawing is located under
D:\Benutzer\dirk\My Shapes
and there is the html-file
D:\Benutzer\dirk\My Shapes\t4s_files_as_html\sap_30_mm_functions_tcl.html
which I want to be opened in my browser when following the hyperlink.

After inserting the hyperlink and checking the "Use Relative paths for
hyperlinks" (Not sure if this is the exact label for that check box
since I am using the german version of visio) check box the hyperlink no
longer works. This is what I find in the shape sheet:

Address="t4s_files_as_html\sap_30_mm_functions_tcl.html"
SubAddress=No Formula

2) Cannot navigate to anchors:

The html file contains
<a name="line100"><font color="#000000">0100:</font></a>

I tried the following to make the browser jump to that position in the
html file:
a) Adding "#line100" to the Address
b) Setting SubAddress to "line100"
c) Setting SubAddress to "#line100"

None of these worked. My standard browser is Firefox 2.0 but that
shouldn't matter.

Dirk

For the first item below, there are some known issues with Relative
hyperlinks, and this article might help you out :
923700 Relative hyperlinks to files do not work in Visio 2007 Web pages
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;923700

For the second, I'm not clear on what you mean by "Anchors". Are you
trying to cause a visual shift so that on a given page you zoom in to a
shape or group? That's what the Sub-address portion does within the Visio
environment, for example (try creating sub-addresses to specific shapes on
a page, and then view the drawing in Visio in Full Screen mode with <F5>).
If you just want to jump to a given page - you will want to use the
navigation options, or manually create a link to a page from a shape on the
current page.

If that doesn't help, perhaps you could give me a better idea what your
goal is for the second item.
