Hyperlinks do not work in Firefox, but do work in IE

I have created a site (http://www.paliocapital.com/) using Microsoft
Publisher 2002. The web page and links render correctly in Internet
Explorer; however, the hyperlinks do not work when using the Firefox
browser. I have looked around on the forums, and have followed some
of the instructions, such as Allowing PNG as a graphics format and
unchecking Rely on VML ... However, these changes do not seem to
correct the problem of the hyperlinks not working in Firefox.

Could anyone offer some advice so that http://www.paliocapital.com/
will work properly in Firefox?

Thanks in advance.

Your navbar links are being converted to images and thus killing the links
in FF. Try redesigning your navbar without the objects and layering. Start
with just a plain text box with no fill or other formatting at all and test
that. Then you can try adding formatting that you want to use, one step at a
time, testing as you go. That's really the only way to find what will work
and what won't. The basic problem is Publisher chokes on some print
formatting when it converts it to html, and frequently the result is an
image where you intended text.

You can test to see if text has been converted into an image by trying to
select it. If you can't, then its an image.

You can test your pages in FF by directing your html output to a folder on
your computer, open the .htm files with FF.
