Hyperlinks do not work in messages

I am operating Outlook 2002 with SP2 installed as part of
Office XP under WinXP . Hyperlinks do not work in
messages. Sometimes Internet Explorer opens but withour
any page loading. I cannot even select right click and
select OPEN. HTML format is selected and Word is my email
editor. I have another PC with the same configuration
where hyperlinks work just fine. What do you think?
