Hyperlinks don't open

Fred

The hyperlinks in my excel spreadsheet don't work anymore. Get message: Unable to open Page, cannot locate the internet server or proxy server
If somebody has any experience why this happens and how to resolve it, pls. let me know. Thanks.

Fred,

I'm getting the same problem. If I open the link in IE6
first, then the link works ok (whether or not IE is still
running), but I THINK I'm just getting a cached page, not
a live link.

I can't get it to work (with OR without the IE prelude)
from within a VBA macro, though.

Anybody else having this problem? Or found a solution?

Thanks,
Brian

Hi guys. Yep, I'm having the same problem. Brian, it does appear that what you get if you open the page in IE first, are cached pages because the images disappaer and the page address references the temporary internet files on my hard drive. So, anyone out there with ideas?
