hyperlinks dont work when forwarding

when i forward an email in outlook (2007) the hyperlinks do not work any
longer. i am sending an email to my whole phone book but i only send 20 at a
time because of my server limitations...i have gone through all the settings
& options & cannot see where it is checked, that hyperlinks are lost when
replying or forwarding please someone help. thankyou freyja
