Hyperlinks dont work within a form when "locked"

I've created a Word template using form fields. To assist the user, I've
created hyperlinks within the explanatory text so that they can access
further information. However when I "lock" the form so that the user can only
fill out the given fields, the hyperlinks do not work. Help?

Does the MVP by your name maen most vague person? Your answer is reply was
was meaningless vague and rude. You could have at leat told the inquiring
poster what news group she could go to to find the answer and then reminded
her not to double post.

Well I fell like an idiot now!
My rely was meant for garfield and odie not you kajo. I was so pissed by
garfield's answer that I was not thinking clearly and misspelled some words
and addressed the reply to you. Please accept my apologies.
