Hi!
When using hyperlinks to open other pages from the same Visio-document, the
"NewWindow = TRUE"-function does not work. Is it possible to perform this
action in Visio?
When searching thru the treads on this forum I found a conversation that
reflects my problem, but have not got an answer to it:

Thank you - that works (except for pages from the same Visio document).
There is just one piece of my puzzle missing now
Can i force the 'new
window' that the hyperlink opens to be the same each time e.g. I have a small
'description' browser window open and clicking the hyperlink on a shape in
the main (visio generated) window causes the description window to change.
Perhaps the 'frame' or 'extraInfo' properties can help?

David Parker said:Strangely. the setting is available but nod revealed in the user interface -
1. Create your hyperlinks
2. Open the ShapeSheet
3. Navigate to the Hyperlinks section
4. Edit the NewWindow cell to TRUE
5. Close the ShapeSheet window
making a hyperlink open in a new browser window so that the existing view is
retained?
