hyperlinks in Excel 2003 stop working

I have several files that contain Hyperlinks that did work but no longer work
on several XP SP2 systems. The same files still work on other systems. When
you click on the link, there is a lengthy wait and then the error, "Unable to
open https://10.10.1.20/login.html. Cannot download the information you
requested."
Is there a way to correct this? Thanks. (e-mail address removed)

Is it possible that the link is local to the systems where it works and
distant from the systems where it doesn't work?
