Hyperlinks in Locked Forms

L

LPS

I have a client who is using Word 2000 on a Windows 2000 box. I am using
Word 2000 on an XP box. We are using the exact same template which is a Word
form with hyperlinks imbedded in it. When I lock the form and save the
template, and then run the template and click on the hyperlinks, they work.
When my client locks the form and saves it as a template, and then runs the
template and clicks on the hyperlinks, he gets a run error. Is this because
of the differnet O/S? Everything else is the same. He does exactly the same
steps as I do and I do not get an error but he does.

Help, Please?

And what, exactly, is the error?

How are you setting things up so that the hyperlinks work (on your machine)?
Hyperlinks in a form won't work without special preparation, so I know you're
doing something - the question is, what?
