When I click on a hyperlink I created in OneNote 2007 B2TR, I am able to open
the word document the hyperlink is linked to, if the document is not in turn
linked to another word document (like in the case of a mailmerge word
document, where you have a main document and a data document linked
together); but if it is a main mailmerge word document then I will go as far
as getting a dialogue box asking if I want to opent the source document
(which is part of the process) and then after cliking yes, I get a message
stating that the document cannot be opened because it is being used by
another program.
This happens only in onenote. When I try to open the same type of hyperlink
in excel this is not a problem.
Furthermore I have OneNote B2TR istalled in two computers my office desktop
and my personal laptop. In my desktop onenote this is not an issue. In my
laptop onenote this is a problem.
I tried removing all of my virus software, as well as unisntalling office
(cleaning up the registry) and resintalling it.
