Hyperlinks In Outlook 2007

In previous version of Outlook you could cross link any Outlook items by
typing in a hyperlink in the body text. For example, to link a task to an
appointment you might type:

<Outlook:\Personal Folders\Tasks\~TaskSubject>

This format would act like a hyperlink when the cursor passed over it.
Clicking would open up the linked item. But this no longer seems to work in
Outlook 2007. Has the link format or something else changed? Or is it that
this feature has been dropped?
