Hyperlinks in Outlook Don't Work

I just setup my Outlook and now whenever I click on a hyperlink in an
incoming email I get the following error. "The operation has been cancelled
due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system
administrator."

I have Outlook '07 SP1 MSO...and Vista SP1. My email service provider is
Hotmail.

Can you tell me where the restrictions may be that may be causing this?

This issue is caused by your default Internet browser not being properly
registered in Windows anymore.
Reset it as the default via Start-> Default Programs

If it says that it already has all the defaults, remove all the selected
default for it, apply the changes and then tell it to take all the defaults
again.
