Hyperlinks in Outlook express don't work.

Just recently the hyperlinks that appear in emails in Outlook Express don't
work. Previously when I'd click on a link within an email, my web browser
would launch and goto the site in the link. But now, whn I click on a link
nothing happens. I'm thinking it probably has somehting to do w/ Norton
System works. I'd run a system sweep from disc to deal w/ a Firefox problem
I was having. After that, clicking on links in Outlook Express stopped
working. Also, I'm not positive its an Outlook problem as links sent to me
over ICQ don;t work when I click on them either

Any ideas?

I'm using Win2000 pro, Outlook Express 6, IE 6 and Firefox 0.9
