hyperlinks in pivot tables

I love how the data is displayed in a pivot table in my
database but I need an action from the data. For
example, when the user clicks on the person's name it
takes them to another form where it shows them more
specific info. Is it possible to do this maybe with a
hyperlink from a pivot table? I can't find where to do
this since the 'On Events' don't perform in PivotTable
View. Anyone???
