Hyperlinks in Project

I am using Project 2003, which is linked to a project server. The Project
Files I have established have hyperlinks to pdf documents within the same
folder. I tried to send out my Project folder using WinZip and a Password.
The problem is, when the recipients opened the file, the hyperlinks no
longer worked. Can anyone help?

Presumably because the hyperlink addresses include the full directory
address, which is relevant to the sending computer but not the receiving
computer.

In the Hyperlink field, enter only the names of the files, not their full
paths.

In Files > Properties > Summary tab, fill in the Hyperlink base box with the
path. Your fellowe users will need to change this path setting after they
extract the zipped files to their computers.

Thanks, Arthur, for your reply. Others in newgroups have indicated the same.
I am working on a way to fix this...any suggestions?
