Hyperlinks in Text Boxes?

Greetings, I am trying to allow my users to create hyperlinks in a text box
or other control. I do not wish to use the Message control due to its
inherent properties (adding message traffice when forwarded, replied etc...)

Can't be done in a text box. Try a label control instead. See
http://www.outlookcode.com/d/tips/formhyperlink.htm for sample code.

I have no idea what you're talking about with regard to the message control,
though.

Ok maybe I can be a little clearer. I have looked over the label code and I
believe that is for you to provide someone else with a Hyperlink that is
attached to a label. What I want is for my users to be able to add
hyperlinks in a form field. The standard Message control allows this, but
when it forwards or is replied to adds text such as

Sent: Wednesday, September 01, 2004 10:34 AM
To: Coomes
Cc: Kowalski
Subject: RE: Oracle Web-Restricted

Basically I have a summary field that I would like to have users be able to
add hyperlinks on there own. If this is not possible or is what you were
linking me to please let me know.

The page I suggested explains what the options are. You can offer the user a
text box to enter a URL, but it is not possible to make that URL ***in the
text box*** clickable. You could, however, link both the text box and a
label control to the same field. Or you could provide a command button to
run code to launch the browser with the text box's URL.
