Hyperlinks in Visio PDF

I have a Visio doc that several people need to have access to. Not all have
Visio or Visio Viewer installed so there is a PDF copy of the document. But
whenever I update the Visio original and save over the PDF the hyperlinks
drop out and i have to go through and add them individually. Is there any
way round this so that hyperlinks automatically transfer.

i also have two background pages that do not show up in the PDF version.
Any ideas on how to make these visible or where to put them in PDF?

What vendor's PDF maker are you using? When I used the Adobe one they
transferred fine.

Thank you. I thought it was with Adobe but I will check with IT.
