hyperlinks issue

Hello,
An issue with Hyperlinks and Shapes... (with Visio 2000).
Please help:

In the Hyperlinks dialogue box, i used the "Sub-address"
field to indicate which page AND shape the hyperlink
should take me to. Eg, "Sub-Address = Page2/Shapename"

My problem is that when i close the visio document, and
then open it again, the "Shapename" drops off!?!?! That
is, the "Sub-address" field in the hyperlinks dialogue box
only shows "Page2". Why is that?
