I have created a document within Word that includes a number of hyperlinks to
documents stored elsewhere on the company network. eg:
\\server\users\username\my documents\folder\document.doc
when I open the file it works perfectly well, when I email the file to
collegues they are unable to use the link as it is then looking for the file
in their temporary folder. If they browse the network and then find and open
the original file they are then able to use the hyperlinks within that file!
Any ideas how to get around the problem of where the hyperlink looks for the
file - ie so it remembers to look at \\server\users\username\my
documents\folder\document.doc
Any help appreciated
