Hyperlinks not working properly...

When I go to edit a web page with the Web opened in FP the Hyperlink edit
window comes up ok but if I go up a level while navigating to the root
directory (from 2 levels deep) it always goes to my desktop instead of up one
level within the web. Any suggestions?

Is it possible that your Desktop *is* the root?

No...The root is C:\inetpub\wwwroot with folders from there for example I
have a folder called DE. When I navigate up one level it should be wwwroot.
No matter how deep I am in the web (wwwroot\de\form) one level up brings me
to the desktop of the workstation. When I open the web I open the
http://localPCName address and not directly from the C drive. Any Advice?

Can you describe what you mean by "Navigate?"

Click on the yellow folder button or use the drop down within the edit
hyperlinks window.
